Policies

• Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, clients will be expected to pay in full for missed appointments.
• Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without 24 hours’ advanced notice will have 1 treatment session deducted from their account.
• Packages are able to be shared or gifted.
• All package purchases expire 1 year from purchase date.
• If you arrive less than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the time left will be used to its best advantage.
